This is an especially nice shot of Minerva. Did you take this photo awhile back? Most of that terrace has been quite dry the last several years, but you probably have a better lens than I do :).
I took this tele shot back in 1999. The sun was shining while a thunderstorm was visible at the horizon. This added to the mood of the picture.
The stormy sky really sets it off. It is a beautiful contrast. It is probably about the last best shot of Minerva I've seen. It's been mostly dry. However both Palette Spring and Canary Springhave been putting out lots of water. They both built several feet of terraces in only a couple of years, but at Christmas, Palette Spring looked as though it was going dry also. Certainly a dynamic place.
