It amazes me how close they get to each other and how synchronised they are! I have never been lucky enough to have seen a display but on quite a few occasions they have flown over here but sadly in a blink of an eye they are gone :( Wonderful shot Steve!
Hello Sam yes they put on a good diplay when the weather is fine worth watching even if not interested in Aircraft
Hi Steve A great shot of the diamond nine so a diamond Y* Regards Alan
HI Alan thanks for the Y* yes one of the better days for the weather this time
I've seen them in action quite a few times over the years and can never resist seeing them again ~ they do a display over Pompy at the Navy Day weekend but unfortunately I missed it last year ~ hopefully this year I'll catch it.
They used to do one just off Brighton Beach which was great. Sorry to ramble on so ~ what I really meant to write was "Nice shot Stev" ~~ ciao nick
Hi Nick allways a pleasure to read your comments so ramble away anytime :))
i hear the Brighton display is very good so long may it continue
I used to live in Farnborough Hampshire Steve, and although I have no real knowledge of aircraft [apart from what Adrian tells me when we watch planes], I have to say that the red arrows are well worth waiting for. And it's always such a disappointment if they have to cancel. I'm so pleased that this was not the case on the day you were in Yorkshire :)
Hello Amelia thank you for your lovely comment this was taken in 1989 and has been scanned from a photo so i am pleased you like it
