Hello Bruce yes these must have been around the time i started with a camera.. and this is an American F111 possibly from one of the two U.S.A Air bases in the U.K at the time ( Bentwaters ) or ( woodbridge ) home to F111's and A10 Thunderbolts ( Tank busters )from the Air national Guard ..then F15's and F16's and some Canadian F18's
