回歸前也不多，但自從啟德機場搬遷以後，樓宇高度放寬了，這樣的大廈就多起來。要是數幢大廈以接近「一」字形排列，又把盛行風或者是重要景觀遮擋的，就會被標籤為屏風樓。另外，這個日出康城有特別多難聽的別名，這裡就不說了，呵呵！
