Iceland: I have visited your country in the early eighties. I was on a Geograph survey form a school call: The School for Field Studies. It was difficult and hard. It was also one of the most incredible adventures I have ever encountered. I loved the City of Reykjavik. The fish and beer and coffee was excellant and the land and vocanic study was exciting. Would it be possible to open Iceland up for Free Market Commerce. I think the concept of using the Geo-Thermal Energy that exist in Iceland must be developed and transfered into South America. Will it take a Parlimentary Discussion to come to the fact of your discovery. Your Nation has the ability to use satilite technology to power other Nations with your Geo-Thermal Energy. Have a Parlimentary discision as soon as possible.
