Well maybe the odds are higher then we thought, only because when you get one of this abnormalities you tend to capture it on photo... But even with that they would be pretty much lower.

I enjoyed learning about your tree and the aerial photos were a nice visual addition. It really surprised me seeing how large an area that one tree covers (here trees won't attain a canopy anywhere near that large).
