Wow! Great, (yet sad), juxtaposition Pom'! If I understand correctly - they paved over the tracks to allow for cars, and now they restore them to bring back the trams? Well, it is a corrective step in the right direction...Y*

yes that's right Marteen ! on the old pic the ywere building the first tram, back in 1879 ; since 2009 and until 2011 probably they're building new tracks for a new tram, and bye-bye many cars...
