Belated thanks for the Y* and vote Bruce and Feika. Butter rock is the chalk sea stack in the foreground with the impressive chalk cliff of Swyre Head rising vertically behind the beach. The famous rock arch of Durdle Door is seen end on at the far end of the beach, with the large round hill of Hambury Tout behind and left.
