Ian, for me, is this picture of your new small series, the most beautiful.

The type of representation, gives the picture a 3-dimensional view.

Ian, you and your family ...

You are an artist, Simona and I think that you enjoy stories too. Hope that after viewing this set of images you are able to construct a story of a Day in the Life of a Pomegranate!

...and the life it self! FüsunK.

..and as you know well, FüsunK, a pomegranate is full of life, and it has its own story to tell about life. Warmest regards,

Ian

Ian - I KNEW IT, your secret is OUT!! I knew you were an artist-in-hiding.

A pomegranate, bubble-wrap and Inca Lilies - and voila, perfection! A masterpiece!!! How can one improve on that? It is lovely and such a rich deep Scarlet Lake that pomegranate is, too.

I'm going to celebrate your artistic emergence with a glass of Pomegranate Juice from the local hypermarket! (Down the Hatch!)

Fond wishes, Hazel

You are encouraging, Hazel! I didn't think I was in hiding though - I have thought that I may be putting to much art onto Panoramio, instead of sticking to panoramas! After all the set of Pomegranates is art for me.

Thanks for the toast - just be careful - there are many seeds in a pomegranate!

Thanks dear friend,

Ian

Nice! My granate is much smaller and the flowers are different. Olga

Ian Stehbens on May 3, 2009

Dear Olga,

I hope your flowers are different from these, for these are the flowers of the Inca Lily. This is simply a still life arrangement. Actually I don't think I know what pomegranate flowers are like for I only ever see the fruit in a shop!
