This is the Archiepishop Palace in the non occupied area. You may note that Turkey invated Cyprus in 1974, and captured a large portion of the land of Cyprus Republic. The photo shows a portion of the land that has not been captured. The specific photo has been misplaced, its not in the area controlled by the turkish troops, its controlled by the cyprus government. Yet, it should be placed in the old city of Nicosia, where it actually belongs, in an area controlled by the cyprus government.

You may not that TURKEY DID NOT INVADE Cyprus, it only came to defend the innocent Turks being slaughtered by the Greeks on the island. It was the Greeks who pushed a larger proportion of people from their land, the land was not captured but protected.
