Beautiful and majestic. The farthest north I have been in Italy was to Venice and Aviano, many years ago. Aviano sat at the foot of the Alps, but I didn't have the opportunity to explore. Now I hope to return some day.
ChipStephan, thank you. Everyone, in Ossola, knows Cistella-Diei because, from the top of this Mountain, there is one of the best panorama of the Lepontine Alps and a beautiful sight on Vallese and Oberland too. Some day you may return to Italy... Greetings, Gilberto.
