Yes, this is the place on which Conan Doyle, who used to be a regular visitor when it wasn't a hotel, based his location for the 'Hound of the Baskervilles'. For artistic purposes he relocated the Hall to Dartmoor in Devon. There is also a tale that this was done on the insistence of Lord Baskerville, who didn't want to see his estate overun by tourists as a result of the publicity from Conan Doyle's book.
Yet again the pin in Google Maps for the hotel is wrong - shows the farm (annexe building?) just off the main drive to the hotel.
