I have seen many photos from Bryce canyon, I admired practically all of them, because, sure, the beauty of the place itself, and because everyone photographer brings something of his/her perception. I like much your presentation, Olga
Very beautiful !!!, Alberto
Hi Olga and Alberto. Thank you for your very kind comments regarding my canyon photo. This place is one of the most beautiful and magical places that I have seen in my corner of the world. Thanks again for stopping by to look. Best to you two and have a great rest of the week. Sharon
Great view Shaeurp, good composition , I would prefer less contrasted colors, it's only my opinion. Greetings from Italy My Contest
Hi Vittorio. I too like a little less contrast. I was trying our a new program Viveza by Nik Production. It was a practice photo and just playing with Photoshop. Thank you for your kind comment and for your advice. I am very new at photography and need all the help I can get. I am off to your gallery and contest now. Thanks again for visiting and best to you. Sharon
Hi Ira. I don't think I could have walked much here. There were some trails and people on horses but I am not a horse girl and my legs would have fallen off if I tried to trek down the mountain. I am glad that you like the photo and the colors. I was practicing with a new plug-in for Photoshop and it is a little "different". Nice to have you back to visit my stuff again. Sharon
High Sharon, it is nice of you to visit my gallery with such wonderful comments! I have seen several photo's of Bryce canyon in Panoramio, but this one is excelent and takes the cake! There are of course more surprises for you in my gallery! Warm greetings to a new Pano friend! Johan.
Thanks for the nice comments. This is a beautiful spot on Earth. I got really close to the edge to get this picture and I played with a new program called Viveza. It might be a little bold but it is just practicing and having fun. Thanks again for looking nice to meet you. Sharon
Thank you Maija for your kind comments. It is a great place full of photo opportunities. Sharon
This is a beautiful photograph with wonderful colors, I particularly like the red of the arch. Feel free to take a look at my pictures from Aachen.
Nicely captured Sharon. I'm a big fan of color and this one has a lot of it. :) I see you are working with Viveza. It is easy to get a "little" carried away with the U-point's when you go to lighten a dark section of image. I've been using Nikon Capture(what Viveza is based on) for a few years and know that it's easy to get over creative. :) I find that a little bit of slider manipulation for brightness and maybe some contrast goes a long way. But look closely for grain starting to appear.
It seems like you are well on your way though. Nice selection of software. :) Good luck and good light.
Best regards, Tom
_Thank you Ralf for your very nice comments. I visited your gallery and I congratulate you on many wonderful photographs. Sharon
Hi Tom. This was my very first Viveza and I haven't read how to do it. I just started pushing buttons and sliding bars around. I did have fun with the Color Efex Pro too. There are 52 different things to try. I haven't had time to much and I am going to watch the tutorial. I am not sure what Nikon Capture is. "If I did know what it was I probably would want it" :o) I always get A little "Over the top" and I really do need to be a little more sedate. Thank you again for your Welcomed !!! Advice. Talk to you later. Thanks again, Sharon
Very nice colors and composition.

My very best to you
