This is a MIG19, obsolete piece of junk. Either R&H or the City Corp borrowed it from the Air Force for city decoration. There is a MIG21 attached to the signboard of Airforce Recruitment office in the old Airport.
I had asked Air Commdr, Zearat Ali (Retd) who was a GD pilot BAF and Chairman, Civil Aviation, who told me this one is a MIG19 and the one near Air Force Recruitment office stuck on a Billboard is a MIG21.
