Very interesting and "Dark". The eyes and the opening for the mouth give the building a life of its own. Very good one. I like it. Is it hard to do HDR at night? Have a great rest of the week. Sharon
Thanks Sharon... still figuring out HDR at night... obviously clouds get funky with the long shutter times, and I did have to clone out some stars that looked like streaks across the sky. But, I think the effects are cool regardless? Give it a try!! SirFin
Indeed: both of that! Id carried no tripod with me that evening so i used what was around. Chairs, walls, etc. Even the floor is helpful.
Then i used the self trigger ... and that guy started to walk. 4 sec later the work as done - with him as his own ghost in the picture. I did not expect excactly that effect - but i did knew something will happen.
Btw: the town besides that one where i live has developed mr. Tolkiens World up to 3 Towers
Hey Michael...how did you know...I just love the movie Good Morning Vietnam! Excellent link you sent with the highlights, thanks!!! Nice movie, bad war, so must want for the sequel of Good Morning Afghanistan!
SirFin all the way to the Academy Awards
P.S. Only "Robin" I know comes in the spring and eats worms LOL!

hei Sir... like Sharon says - that looks like the building sent from the dark. Wonderful!
If you like some non HDR-Nighties .... just one click :)
cheers - Michael
Hey Michael, you do have some great night shots! Here's one I really like.
Did you plan it to turn out that way or just a bit of luck involved?
