Thanks Cathrynn - there's something about derelict churches, isn't there? Take a peek at people's (OK including mine)shots of Knowlton church, 6 miles north of Wimborne Minster, too. You going to post any pictures for us? Regards, Graham

I will have a look at your other church shots, Graham....I am going to post pictures...oh dear!! - I have had a bit of a furious time endeavouring to work a digital camera - and I now have to learn to upload pictures!!! I have a tenant who is going to teach me this week sometime - I look after my elderly mother and cant go very far, hence my fascination with Google Earth as I would dearly love to travel - but I notice a lot of the little villages around Oxford, where I live, have no photos at all of them. So that is a little project for this year for us...smiling....warm wishes...Cathrynn

wow...you have TRAVELLED....beautiful photos - and I will look at more of them gradually, but I cant find Knowlton church ? this is all very new to me...:)

Cathrynn - go to my 'home page' and click on the blue tag for Knowlton on the right of the screen - that will give you my pictures of the place, and when you open one you will get nearby pictures by everybody just above the map. You can also click on places, just under the word Panoramio, and type in the place name in the search box - but it doesn't work with everywhere. If you like English churches, take a look at jhr1uk in my red 'favourites' list - he's got a lovely collection. Enjoy your project for now - you will travel. Best wishes, Graham
