Wow Ian - now I have seen something new.

Never realised that Flowering Gums came in this colour too!! We have Bright Red, Cherry Red, Orange-Red, Pink and Cream coloured versions, but I've never seen a bright yellow version before!

It's beautiful and the tree in full flower must be magnificent! Thanks for this - it's such a lovely cheerful picture, well focussed and lively.

It evidently also is a contributing factor to the Panoramio ranking of images, I believe.. but Panoramio has a lot to learn yet about ranking and providing a slide show function to go with the Favourites basket.

I am gratful for your comments to my Netherlands. I had good and quiet possibility to see some nice places there. One free day, and me alone!!! I can't make good photos when I am with people, Olga

As for me, Olga, I also enjoy my photography when I am alone, but I think I do my most creative work when my wife is with me. She is a silent listener, but when she speaks she is always so encouraging.
