repointed yellow stock brick, red brick lintel, original whitewashed limestone window ledge, original(probably) sash windows, original cast iron downpipe from guttering on left, replacement grey vinyl downpipe on right. Late c.20 natural gas (probably) central heating cowling and burglar alarm.
ps re Google Maps - absolutely nowhere near Canvey Island!
Built 1895. Pictured are the original sash windows, but these have since been replaced with modern frame and glazing. Third floor sash window has original frame/glass featuring red and blue border, casting brilliant light and colour when the sun shines.
Very nice too. Ive never been up to the third floor, I'm only familiar with the ground floor. 1895 eh? I was guessing somewhere around the turn of the century
