Thanks. Some pictures just require you to be in the right place...no hunting for angles or fiddling with colors after. When the hardest part about taking a picture is the walk to get there, you know it's going to be good.

Thank you Crystal. Not far upstream is Lake Solitude, which is just a few degrees warmer than the melting snow on the peaks above. This stream is as cold and pure as you could ask water to be.
