Hi Pianoman,

Nice pic of a very complex looking locomotive. What guage is it? What was it designed to do? I notice it has very small wheels!

Greetings Peter: On page one of the comments I have a link to Archive.org and the original page Hesston had about it. They used to have their site divided by gauges, so this track is both 24" & 36". I believe this engine is of the 36" gauge. Somewhere we learned this engine used to go in Germany up to the Baltic Sea... which also is the big sea on two sides of Estonia. So, small world!
