The lighting wasn't very good when I took this shot but it turned out nice anyway. If you take a look Here you will see the same butterfly with better lighting and it's wings open. Thanks for the Y*

Hi David

I was very lucky with this butterfly, it had newly emerged from its cocoon. It takes them around three to three and half hours for their wings to dry before they can fly.
