This building is called The House In The Clouds and was once a water tank which was used for the whole of the village. It is now a guest house which you can rent for holidays.

The photo was taken looking across the lake (Thorpness Mere) and the location shown is where the photo was clearly taken from. The house is approx 300M North West of where the photo was taken from.
