Thanks for your comment, Rosina. I'll try that site. I've tried other sites too, when I took the picture, but couldn't find the flower. The picture was taken in Yosemite's McGurk Meadow, at an elevation of about 7,000 feet.

Do you have any other photos which show the leaves or the shape of the stem? I think I see five petals on the flowers?

Thanks, Nawitka. I haven't posted any others, but I don't think it would help if I did. The flower was in the midst of a cluster of different plants, and it would be very difficult to tell whose leaves were whose. I think the petal count is 5 too.
