Hi Jim! You seem to spend quite some time on the water!! As I noticed too in the selecton of Norway pictures you linked me to some time ago!! (Still didn't reply to that!!) That selection was marvelous by the way!!!! Makes you want to go back straight away, does'nt it!! We're keeping it more nearby this year and are heading for Bretagne next week (with my new camera!!)

Jim,
It's a Canon EOS 500D with a EF-S 18-200IS lens.
Look forward to spend some time with my new toy...
My (old) Minolta Dimage 7i was suffering from autofocus failiure regulary; very enoying, and so was the constant swap of batteries...
So a gave myself a treat.. ;))

Hej Jim! Once again a very nice shot. I adore the fishermen fighting the waves in these little nutshells... By the way: Seems, you know a lot about this, right?
Kind regards, Mats

I am besotted with boats and the sea Marilyn*, its a life-long love affair!!
You are most welcome gabiavram, I appreciate your nice compliment ;>)
This ocean is my delight Mathias on which I spend much of my time. Fishing is a an obsession with me and to help me catch a few for the freezer, I invested a great deal of my time and not a little money in The lady in my life
Thanks for stopping by ;>)

Hahaha... i really understand you, Jim. I'm born at the seaside too, but at the usually peaceful Baltic Sea and loved to go fishing there or on the other side of our little peninsula. And a good fish is something i really miss here far away from the salty waters...
Have a nice weekend, hopefully somewhere out on the blue sea...

Hi! Lina, It is always a great pleasure to see you here. Now I feel much better for your embrace ;>)
There is something almost cartoon-like about this funny little boat Tom, others here have observed the same odd features;>)
Greetings top spotter--Alan, I swapped a few mackerel yesterday for twenty succulent live crabs ;.)
Took me two hours to boil them and another day to pick out all the meat!! The effort is well worth it, crab meat is my favourite sea food!!
Thanks for dropping in folks, I enjoyed your visit ;>)
