I like this photograph. The beaver is just going around doing thigs that beavers usually do, completely indifferent to being photographed.

Guy It was just by chance I caught this little fellow. I have tried and tried to get other shots of these sneaky little critters and have had no more luck. You keep trying too!

Thank you Jean, the day before this shot, I had spent hours hanging around the beaver lodge hoping for a chance at a good shot and I never saw a glimpse of one. Then, on this day, I just happened to be gliding around in the canoe when I caught sight of this one out of the corner of my eye. I was lucky to get this shot off before he was gone again.
