Baby's on fire
And all the laughing boys are bitching
Waiting for photos
Oh the plot is so bewitching
Never could stand that dog
Seeing these photos brought back memories. My first husband, the late Christopher Jackson lived at Ebor House , across the fields from Whitley Court, during the 1950's when the building was a complete ruin. He and his brothers used to play in the tunels to the fountain. They would wait until someone was walking their dog and then wail and moan, It quickly went around the area that Whitley Court was haunted. .
"It quickly went around the area that Whitley Court was haunted."
ha! It certainly has an 'atmosphere' and does feel a bit spooky after sundown.
