Well I am very sorry but on the date of our stay this was the view.
We had booked for our anniversary and in spite of numerous letters and e-mails of complaint we have still not even recieved and apology let alone a refund. I think it IS a fair reflection of the King Charles Hotel I am afraid.
Would you like me to explain some of the other areas of concern that we had or would that also not be deemed 'fair'? Incidentally I had paid a premium to stay in the bridal room!
Your hotel ruined my Anniversary surprise and I am pleased for you that (if) as you say the hotel has changed. now.
Why not add some more up to date photos.
Incidentally the pictures were taken a few years ago, so are possibly of historical interest.
