Beautiful light, water and the curves! You have it all here dear Amelia! I think that I remember some similar shot taken in another place, it was I think without the water, a road or so? Can you help me and find it in your gallery?
Greetings, Mira

It might have been this one Mira, taken on a dull day under the bridge linking Tananger with Stavanger, over Hafrsfjord. The Norwegians seem to like curved bridges :))
Drammen is, on the whole, much sunnier than Tananger, and in many ways it loses the drama, but I'm so pleased you like this photo.
Greetings dear friend, Amelia

Dear Nick, I have stopped "hymphing" now, my arms are uncrossed, and I am not looking aloof :)))
It's good that you can see where I was yesterday [well in postings anyway]. The rail bridge is coming in from Oslo to Drammen station, and the road bridge is going south to Fredrikstad where da Moose's ancestors came from. Crossing this bridge on the train was my first view of Drammen :))
Ciao, Amelia
BTW, enjoy tomorrow's GP with Button in pole position :)

That's it Amelia, thanks! And it is with the water too, I did not remember well! They are both curving to the left, and in both cases you were below.
Greetings, Mira

Well apart from the drama just after the start it was a deadly boring race ~ but my hero won ~ so what the hell and it gave me a chance to catch up on the Sunday papers!! I've found an antidote for your pills btw ~ I thought that they would be some sort of horrid red shade, but it turns out that they are black ~ you can find them on the first page of my gallery ~ they are a little large, but I'm sure that a hungry invisible macro goat could nibble away at them and scoff the lot in a trice!

A wonderful reply you have just posted on your fishy shot dearest macro ~ I comment here so as to not remove your wonderful wit from the general comments area too quickly ~ ciao

Good morning Nick, well I'm so pleased you enjoyed the GP result!! What was the drama at the beginning of the race BTW. Adrian missed it as we went walking in the hills on a very grey and blustery day.
Thank goodness you have found the pills - but they look a bit like gherkins, how am I supposed to swallow them? Never mind - if I eat a lot of them I could reach 6 foot high, and see over everybody's head for a change :)))
Thanks for the fish comment ... do you think anyone else out there will understand the gibberish ? ;-)
Ciao, Amelia

Thanks Paula, they aren't the prettiest of bridges but there a lot of them crossing the river, Drammenselva, at this point :))
