Lina, fez nos ultimos dias de Março, 1 ano, que aqui estive. 23mar. Foi dia de Páscoa. Será um dia que nunca mais irei esquecer. Ás 11 da noite tive um pricipio de enfarte. Uma equipa médica composta por 3 elementos fizeram o seu trabalho e eu cá estou, hoje ainda melhor do que estava nessa fase. O stress, a vida louca, agitada, que provoca o ambiente de hoje em nada nos beneficia. Actualmente, devido a esse 'susto', consigo corre 8 kms,pelo menos em dias alternados, jogo ténis todos os domingos, e passeios ao longo da costa. Uma pergunta intrigante: será que me fez bem o enfarte? Respondo: Sim. Pois eu obriguei-me a alterar muito a minha forma de vida e dar mais atenção a um passatempo que adoro: fotografar. Vê a importancia desta simples foto e senão para ti pelo menos para alguem ter atenção a este pequeno aviso. Bjs ;)

You live in a beautiful region having many kilometres of golden beaches. This little cove is so charming and the village of S. Martinho do Porto sits so comfortably on the hills overlooking this pretty harbour.

Is this far from Obidos Lina?

Ande Nazaré about 6 kms north of S. Martinho Porto :))) Since Lisbon/Ericeira to Nazaré calle west zone and develop tourism with local governments with very committed :)) When you come to see ??
