Nice picture Jean-Marc, we just missed going there a few days ago. We stopped at the Millau viaduct and l'Hospitalet-du-Larzac then La Couvertoirade. Maybe next time I will remember to add it to the route.
Thank-you Andrew. Montpellier-le-Vieux is a pay site (private property), but it offers a wonderful hike (somewhat strenuous) in an impressive labyrinth of limestone cliffs dotted with oddly weathered rocks ("the Elephant"...) The view down on the Jonte Canyon from the highest cliff is stunning.
