Thank you very much hamzars. I'm thrilled! I'm also enjoying your photos very much. You live in a very beautiful area.

A white boat, blue sky and a deep navy blue water... I feel the cleanness of the air...

Thank you rosina! And thank you Janina Bielenko, this is a very beautiful and remote spot, accesible only by boat. These sandstone caves are popular with all the children who visit.

just like with The Spammer, interesting to see early posted photos being brought to light by the 'deselected' issue. Nice one here, Nawitka!

And if your page is like mine, sign in and click on your tag for the de-selected ones. Hopefully a nice little sight there! (and Edouardo finally responded to the issue in the forum.)

Happy July 17th!

Ha-ha Kamaly -- you had to keep me on tenterhooks to go read for myself! Seems to be good news, thank goodness! (ie this photo will stay in GE). Eduardo thought he had been clear, obviously the language issue means one can never be too clear. I'm pretty happy today! Especially for this one, which is a personal treasure.

Well, partly I figured it would be a nice surprise, sort of like Christmas morning! But mostly, this whole issue has been so confusing and strangely handled that I didn't want to announce everything was hunky dory and then be wrong! Especially since a few days ago someone posted a quote by Eduardo from who knows where seeming to say that anything with either dim. smaller than 500 would be removed.

Either he really didn't understand the issue we were having (might have honestly been a mis-interpretation by the programmer, so he wasn't aware of the numbers of logos that were being lost), OR once that posting with all the signature photos that would be lost made it clear what would happen to the site, I'm wondering if they've been having to negotiate with Google to change the policy. I have to think the mods also helped, since they were impacted, too.

Whether it's one side or both sides makes a HUGE difference, but I still think it should be a typical photo image size of 480 which ever policy is used, though! but I try to keep min at 800 -1000 to be safe.

I guess I have to take their reply at face value. I did suspect a bug at first myself, then I began to worry. If they were lobbying at GE to reverse a bad decision for us, I think they might have been happy to take a bit of credit for that. Anyway, I'm happy to think it was just a bug.

Hi there Nawitka...yes, we have crawled all over those rocks although we never thought to name them - good thing or we'd now be in land title court or whatever it's called! Great shot. Did you go looking for Brother Twelve's hidden treasure?

Gee - I checked "nawitka" but don't you think this is a bit small to be cruising the straits? (tehe) I was wondering how you "beach" at some of these spots you go. Now I clue in:)
