Sail on Keturah
Born here, left for Guam, Hawaii and eventually the mainland where I now reside. Like many Micronesians, I left as a young man searching for a quality education abroad. Through this beautiful photo, I can see a lot has changed. Most evident is the impact of global warming on many low lying atolls such as Polowat. These coconut trees used to sit inland further from the water. Now they are almost submerged undersea.
Thanks for this incredibly awesome and beautiful photo. It brings back many fond memories. There is no place like home!!
The loveliest place on earth...I think about Puluwat every day.
Este lugar es un sueño!!
