Hello Janina Bielenko! These boat houses are houses for boats, and you're right, they don't move, unless you move the entire dock they are built on. If you live on the dock in a house, we call it a "float home". Float homes need special plumbing and other facilities, so you don't find them just anywhere. Here is an example of a float home village; and here is an example of a very nice floathome cottage.
Thanks Nawitka for a new word. My English is poor but - additionally - I didn't watch so carefully. We haven't the float homes but one citizen has started to collect the different permits :)...
Janina, your English is fine! I think many people are confused about boat houses and house boats, even native English speakers. This is probably why the word floathome was invented. The home is literally built on a "float" or floating dock. A floathome can be towed with a tug boat if a new location is wanted. A house boat is a particular shape of boat that looks like a travel caravan, and it can travel with its own motor. We have also invented the word live-aboard for any ordinary sailboat or motor boat that a person or family use for their permanent home.

They don't look as the boats which can move to another harbour.. I supposed the people buy such houses to be more "ubiquitous" ;)
