Hello Grasshopper...thanks for the good morning wish...it is now 12.18pm Friday and I have had a most interesting morning...we've had strong winds and lots of rain and this morning washed out drive ways that had to be fixed...our river is about to peak this afternoon at 6pm and may cause major flooding...as they say..."if it doesn't rain then it pours"...and it has poured on us ha ha

So will be interesting to see what happens tonight...as the thunder is rolling in again..after giving us a small respite to do repairs...and then we shall get another dose ;)

Isn't nature wonderful ha ha

But I am safe in my wee house on the hill...but others will not be so lucky....

Here it is the most beautiful morning, clear blue skies and a gentle breeze, birdies singing and all is well ~ except for our corrupt greedy members of Parliment of course ~ noses deeply in the trough and the recession which is deep.

Still we have a long weekend to look forward to with next Monday a holiday :))
