Well Eva77 . this rock has a name "Cleopatra" . Cleopatra was a Queen of Egypt on the pharaonic era, luxor was the capital of her kingdom at this time, this rock named on her name because this rock is her bath, she used to come from luxor to this rock to have a summer bath .. the rock was sculptured from inside so the water comes in the push of waves from one side and resides warm in the middle of the rock while she lean and have her bath then go out from another side.

i have some photos of this rock from inside in my photos so you can see the sculptured holes inside.
