Lofthus in Ullensvang municipality in Hardanger, Norway. With the blue fjord, snow-clad mountains and roaring waterfalls as a backdrop, the fruit blossom in spring (like in this picture) is one of the most captivating adventures imaginable. The cherry and plum blossom usually starts in early May, whilst the apple blossom dressed in beautiful pink is at its most stunning towards the end of the same month
