They are lovely old buildings arent' they...and look...blue sky...

I would like a close up of the Horse and Chariot...not that looks interesting... ;)

Can I put my order in please :)

scml ~ OK when I do a series on the statues of London I'll include it, or maybe before ~ who knows ~ trouble is dark old bronzes never come out that well ~ so I think they are best left on one side or the other ~ Ciao gh

Mmmmm...the light on it in this one is good...you just need to climb up there so you can get more of it in the shot ha ha

I can just see you doing that with your tripod...OK...I better leave it to your good judgement...or whatever ;)

Are you on your smoko break or something ;)

Nick Weall on May 26, 2009

scml, ~ Actually once you are at pavement height then it is easy to have the tripod on its highest setting and capture Queen Bodica and her charriot with ease ~ keeping a wary eye out for the blades protruding from the centre of each chaarriot wheel (So useful for cutting down your enemies) Smoke break ~ no way Racoon ~ I don't smoke and smoking is banned inside all UK places of business anyway :)) Don't tell me that you participate in such an unhealthy habit? Tsk :)) See ya soon smoky Racoon

Ha ha...sorry....in Aussie speak smoko which would have originated for having a smoke also means a break for a cuppa....morning tea my British friend...and no I don't smoke...Iam fit and healthy and plan to stay that way...otherwise I wouldn't have the puff to paddle my kayak...would I ;)

Queen Bodica hey...well when you get a photo of her please let me know...ok...see ya soon from a healthy Racoon ;)

Ben Hur chariot race to the Parliament. Good editing Nick. See you soon, Ellimaus

scml, Oh what a relief Racoon to read that you are a fit and healthy paddler ~ long may you last that way too :))))

As for Queen Bodica a photo might be difficult since she was last seen a few hundred years ago!! but of course that statue is a different matter, next time I'm down there on a sunny early morning I'll see what I can do, really though she is an afternoon shot subject and I'm never there at that time of day ~ too populated by far!! See ya soon little Racoon ~ ciao gh

Ellimaus ~ They are going to be doing some outside Ben Hur type charriot races somewhere in London later this summer ~ could be fun ~ glad you like this shot Ellimaus ~ Ciao nick
