Great photo dont see much snow near our coastlines in australia
a prototype new england winter day! love those cold crispy days: we have that rarely in our climate. cheers, christian
thanks T NL! It was a long chilly walk to my office on the other side of that arch in the distance, but the scenery made it worth it!
Fantastic ice ornaments!
Greetings from Ireland!
thanks for your visit, inessa! For anyone who might be afraid to come to Boston in the winter because of this photo, be assured the weather isn't typically quite so wild to have everything along the harbor coated in dripping sea-ice! There had been an unusually wild storm a day or two earlier, and I took the photo because it was so out of the ordinary. (I hadn't known it at the time, but there were large sea-wall boulders along the edge behind me, about 2 meters cubed each, that were dislodged and thrown up onto land!)
Super clear picture, bravo !
What a story! Anyway, the storm went away and left this beauty for the thankful photographers:)
Thanks Jacques and thanks again, inessa!

Well, if that ain't the icing on the Boston Cream Pie.
Why Thank-you Guy! It was quite a storm - I think about 2 -2.5 feet of snow at my house. (Boston Cream Pie...yummmmm)
