What a beautiful art, Yan.
Probably every country has a tradition of willow weaving - but all have a differents. This horse is very beautiful!
Best wishes. Eva

Dear Eva,
I am so honoured to have a friend like you, who in missing our little conversations, digs back into my earlier gallery to find little treasures like this. I had never seen willow weaving until this occasion, so I was quite fascinated. It reminds me of your visit to the traditional rural museum that you shared with us.
After the warmth of the Tongan winter these last 3 weeks I am finding Sydney rather cold tonight - too cold for my old bones!
Best wishes,
Ian

Merci, Domi. I am pleased that you have seen this remarkable work. I was impressed by her skill and her speed. And it was a special day to attend this National Country Fair which we accidentally came across as we explored Ireland.
