Nie shot Geoff. Just to the right,is that a jet stream cloud? If it is, I think its really good as it really adds to this photo a lot of other too. As I have said many times, Sunsets anywhere near water are always very good and this one is the same. .Kind Regards, David

Hi David, not sure what the cloud is, but Deep Blue calls is a snake in the sky. Regards Geoff

Thanks John. I'm not entering this one in the NPC ( you gave me the idea and remembered this shot from a couple of years ago). I have not downloaded my shots from the weekend yet, so perhaps there will be one there. Geoff

Great shot, excellent placement of the sun! Best wishes, Fai

Thanks Fai, I had to wait for ages for the sunset, never mind, there was a pub within 50 yards. :-)) Regards Geoff

Isn't it just great when there is a place to wait in comfort, with a pint, while the sun goes down? Lovely atmosphere here Geoff.

We have the same joy when we are in Norway and visit the little harbour in Tananger. Trouble is, the beer's expensive, and the sunset's so late at the moment :)))

Greetings, Amelia
