OK, this will be enough of the swan photos for a while, but I just had to post one more of the Big Brood family. They'd been MIA up in Horn Pond, and the other swan family had even been hanging out in 'their' pond. I was pretty surprised to drive by this smaller pond about a mile south of Horn Pond, and see the Big Brood family there! NO idea how mom and dad pulled off that move so successfully - but they seem pretty happy, though now there's only 4 of the white cygnets.

Nice shot, but it doesn't take a transfer station technician to figure out how they made the move: they took one of these.
