Awesome - I love it. Always makes me think of the history behind the scene. What, wht, how, who, how long.....Cool!
Great shot, beautiful view!
Lovely truck. Beautiful photo. Greetings from Serbia
Amazing! Nice and nice work and shot! How old this track? :)
Hello from Russia
arzy judging from the flat fenders, I'd say this truck is from the late teens, early 1920's. Late twenties usually had curved fenders. Have a good one.
Johny, thanks for the detailed explanation, very interesting. Best wishes from Russian Federation
Like others, I wonder about the story. Was it the demise of the settlement, or did something else cause them to leave? Was the truck already unusable, or did something happen that caused them to leave it behind? Did they plan on coming back for it (and never make it back)? And what's coming? Some day the truck will rust completely away. Once it's gone, will there be any memory of it?
Well, that last one is a stupid question. Of course we will have Eve's outstanding photograph!
The Beautiful bumper. I did not refuse from such lorry.
Nice old truck! Cheers from Russia, Andrey
