Holmbury St. Mary

Holmbury St Mary lies in the heart of the Surrey Hills in South-east England. Nestled in a valley on the eastern slopes of Holmbury Hill, this is acknowledged to be one of Surrey's prettiest villages. The fine church, designed by the celebrated Victorian architect George Edmund Street, the village has all the usual attributes: a green, a duck-pond, a well, a post office (part time) and several pubs.
