アンデス山脈の高峰の雪解け水を集めたメンドサ川の水は、メンドサ市南西の谷口付近にある取水施設で採取され、メンドサ地方の平野一帯に流送される。写真はメンドサ市東方の平野へ延びる幹線水路。沿岸にはブドウ園ID:2339022が多く、一部には写真のような果樹園（おそらくオレンジ）もある。2005年3月23日撮影。
