These trees don't count (btw we have a Ponderosa Pine in our back yard that's taller). :^)))

Ah, but these grow at an altitude of 10,000 feet. If I read the elevation map of Saskatchewan correctly, that's over twice the elevation of your highest point! :-)
I don't remember for sure, but it looks like the tall ones here are only about 40 feet. I'm guessing the lift poles are less than 30 feet, but they might be more.
Anyway, I'd never dream of counting Wyoming's trees!

Nor I Saskatchewan's ....while the southern part would be easy going ;), the numbers in the Aspen and Boreal forest (in the northern half of the province) would be a pretty impressive count. A little known fact is half of Saskatchewan is covered with trees.

Counting?! I meant "count" as in "qualify", not "number"!

To whomever has attempted to relocate this photo:
The marker on this photo is already in approximately the correct position, along the trail loop below the summit of Rendezvous Mountain, near the switchbacks retuning to the top. Helicopters and work crews were airlifting these and other pieces of machinery off the mountain while I watched, in June of 2006. I don't care where the ski lift parts are now: they were lined up in this meadow when I took the photo. Or maybe you think the meadow and pine forest are in the middle of a parking lot?
Thank you for your interest.
