Although Quebec City's city hall (hôtel de ville) was built in 1895-96, it has some more modern decorations in front!

Larry, you could easily hide in one if you had a boost or a ladder ... except that I could just barely see into a smaller, fourth one by the building's entrance, and it had dirt in it. Will these flowerpots bloom later in the season? Alas, I won't be there to find out!
