It was a damp day in Quebec City, and not a good time to photograph the famous mural. But it was fun watching people use it as a background for their own photographs!

The characters you have captured are as an extension to the mural
Very Good work Marylin, thank you for cheering me somewhat! I have been out in the light rain today, now my snuffling is reminding me!!
Take care, stay safe, be happy

You "got it," Mike! I tried several shots, but that's why this one especially pleased me.
Take care.

Nice eye to catch this, Marilyn. In the medium image, I thought it was just the guitar player who was painted.

Marilyn, I thought the same thing as not1word. Your photo really captures a lot! Once I realized that the mural was more, I had to really do a double take to decide who was real. Such a cool photo!

Thanks, N1W and Jean. I was in Quebec's Lower Town again the next day and waited a while beside the mural. But nothing I saw compared with this, so now I know how lucky I was to get this "interaction"! Marilyn

Thank you, Juergen and Wallace. I love the painting and I was glad to find a way to photograph part of it on a rainy day. Marilyn

A wonderful trompe-l'œil Marilyn. I could almost walk up the steps and into the shop! What an interesting corner of Quebec!

I'm glad you enjoyed the delightful trompe-l'oeil, Amelia. And the tourists had no idea how well they were posing for for me!
