That water looks cold. I'm used to the Gulf; 84 degree water.

Good morning SirFin. Sweet photo. Was this a child or a teen? In the small version it looks like a little boy looking timidly at the waves wondering if he should attempt it. Beautiful photo, the waves with whitecaps and the crop of rocks against the great sand. Have a great week. Sharon

Hi WCSharon...I do believe the kid was 12 or so...if you saw the original image you'd say...dull...washed out...nothing special...but I used Veveza to darken and contrast the water and open up a corridor of light from the dune trail down to the child....I wonder how such things were done in the days of film...polarizer perhaps...not sure but digital post-processing is great!

Best, SirFin

you really do a good job with working your pictures, Sir. I like that a lot.

I have boy that seems to run away from the water... maybe they should meet up - lol
