Les Sept-Chutes (Seven Falls) is the site of one of Quebec's oldest hydroelectric power stations in use today.

The penstock delivers the water to the generating plant. Beside it is a stairway of 325 steps. (I did not go down--and then back up again!)

I really like the origimal falls, but the man-made 'interference' bits are quite magical!
