Biggin Street, Dover in England, on Sunday morning, June 28th, 2009.
The Biggin Street Incident took place on Monday, 22nd of June.
The male victim was on a level with, and walking in the same direction as, the blond-haired woman with the ponytail, but was just to the left of the black lamp-post.
The female perpetrator first took notice of her victim as she reached the point where the short-sleeved man with the dog is (the dog is partially obscured by the right-hand black bollard/post).
